Terms of use
These terms apply to the use of boosterscout.com and BoosterScout alerts. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
1. Who we are
BoosterScout is a service of Fort Assets. Our details are in the imprint.
2. What BoosterScout does
BoosterScout compares prices and stock of Pokémon products at online shops. We do not sell anything ourselves. When you buy, you buy from the shop or seller, under their terms. Questions about an order, delivery or return go to the shop.
3. Prices and stock
We collect prices and stock automatically from shops and partner feeds, most of them every few minutes. A price or stock level may still have changed at the shop, or a listing may be matched to the wrong product. Always check the price at the shop before you buy. Spotted a mistake? Use the Report error button on the product.
4. Comparison, not advice
We compare, we do not advise. The MSRP is a guide price from the publisher, not a guarantee. Pokémon products are not an investment and we make no claims about future value.
5. Partner links and marketplaces
Some links to shops are partner links (among others via Awin, TradeTracker, Daisycon, Tradedoubler, bol, eBay Partner Network). If you buy through such a link, the shop sometimes pays us a fee, at no extra cost to you. Shops are ordered by price and stock, never by the size of a fee. On eBay we only show new products from business sellers; check the seller rating yourself as well.
6. Free alerts
Alerts via Telegram and email are free. We do our best to send them quickly, but cannot promise you will be in time or that a product is still in stock when you look. You can stop at any time: in Telegram with /stop, by email via the unsubscribe link.
7. WhatsApp alerts (paid)
- You can try WhatsApp alerts free for 7 days. After that they cost €1,99 per month or €14,99 per year. That is the total price.
- You pay in advance per period via a payment link (iDEAL and other Mollie methods). There is no automatic renewal: when a period ends you get a new payment link and decide yourself whether to continue.
- You have a 14-day withdrawal period after payment. If you withdraw within that time, we refund your payment minus a proportionate amount for the days the alerts were already running. Send us a message via the contact form.
- You can stop at any time by sending STOP. After the withdrawal period we do not refund the rest of a running period.
- Messages are sent via Meta's WhatsApp Business platform. If WhatsApp or Meta is temporarily unavailable, alerts may be delayed or not arrive.
8. Use of the site
Use BoosterScout for yourself. You may not systematically extract data from the site or its API for use elsewhere, misuse forms or disrupt the site. We may block access in case of misuse.
9. Trademarks and images
Pokémon and the names of sets and products are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK and The Pokémon Company. BoosterScout is not affiliated with them. Product images come from shops or publishers. The design, texts and the comparison itself belong to BoosterScout.
10. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by an incorrect price, stock level or match, a missed alert, or anything a shop or seller does. For paid WhatsApp alerts our liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, and it does not limit any rights you have as a consumer by law.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you use paid WhatsApp alerts, we will tell you about a material change in advance.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection your own country's law gives you. If you have a complaint, please contact us first; we respond within 14 days.
